First, gently blow your nose before using Dristan to clear out mucus.

Close the nostril on the side not receiving the medication by pressing down with your finger.

Hold your head upright and place the spray nozzle into the open nostril.

Squeeze the bottle quickly and firmly 2‑3 times to spray the medication.

Inhale through your nose a few times to ensure the medication reaches deep into the nose.

Repeat for the other nostril if needed.

Wipe nozzle clean after use. Replace cap tightly to maintain child-resistant closure.

Do not use more than 2 times in 24 hours.
